Chiropractic Adjustment

a method of treatment unique to chiropractic, which corrects spinal subluxations and dysfunction.

Massage Therapy

We provide medical and sports massage therapy to increase circulation and reduce muscle insertion and tendon stress.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

a high frequency sound wave which enters the skin through a conductive gel to provide deep heat and a cleansing therapeutic effect.

Electric Muscle Stimulation

It is also used for the relaxation of muscle spasm, the prevention of disuse atrophy, increasing local blood circulation, muscle re-education, and increasing ranges of motion.

Flexion Distraction

The act of gently separating the compressed tissues is very soothing and comfortable, leading to a reduction in pain and an increase in flexibility.

Hot and Cold Packs

Moist heat increases blood circulation and reduces muscle spasm and tension. Often we apply it along with interferential muscle stimulation.

Nutritional Counseling

Dr. Brian Baker offers counseling on healthy and more nutritious alternatives for a healthier and more fit body. Nutrition highly contributes to a better feeling body.

Rehabilitative Exercise

Exercise is very important to creating and maintaining optimal health. We have many exercises that can be used along with treatment to make you feel better.
